We focus on providing sound corporate advisory and liquidity to scale-up companies with the potential to go for initial public listing within 24 months of our equity participation.
MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS
Round Table assists businesses in all aspects of their expansion, divestment and succession planning strategies.
This is by way of joint venture, mergers, equity or debt participation by various parties where the goal is to go IPO. Round Table will participate in the entire process, commencing from the initial restructuring, and may participate as an equity holder of the restructured entity.
