Appointment as Executive Director – IEV Holdings Limited (SGX: 5TN)
IEV Holdings Limited (SGX: 5TN) announced today that one of Round Table’s director will be appointed as the Executive Director effective 1 June 2019.
The appointment comes after the review and consideration by the board, and upon the recommendation of the Nominating Committee. His area of responsibility in the company is to oversee the restructuring of the Group’s business and identify new business opportunities.
