The directors of Round Table is pleased to announce its participation in the planned ASX (Australia Securities Exchange) IPO of a health and beauty retail business in Australia – Mediland Pharm Ltd (MPH).
MPH is a leading retailer in health, well-being and wool products, jewellery and cosmetics targeting the inbound Chinese tourist market in Australia and New Zealand for over 15 years.
Round Table’s directors participated as one of the cornerstone subscribers in MPH at the price of A$0.20 per share during the offer period.
MPH is expected to commence trading in late February 2019.
